Removing a cat

How to stop seeing a cat’s name in your account

We're sorry to hear you want to remove your cat from your account. While we don't know the reason why you're removing them, we are here for any support you might need during this potentially difficult time.

If you have an active subscription for your cat and you need to stop deliveries you can do this by cancelling your account. If you select "cat passed away" cancellation reason from the drop down, you'll no longer see this cat in your list of plans.

If you have any other cat on your account, don't worry their subscription won't be cancelled.

🐾 For cats who have sadly passed away after you have already cancelled their subscription, please contact our Cat Experts to request the removal of their name from your account, so you'll no longer see them in your list of cats.

We’ll make sure everything is updated for you in your account and ensure we won’t send further emails to you with this cat’s name either.

Once removed:

Your cat’s details will be securely recorded on your internal account with us but you’ll no longer see their details on your account.

Should the change be a temporary option for you, you will be able to change this again later with by reaching out to our Cat Experts support. For example, if you decided to remove them from your account whilst they are on a specialised veterinary diet or if they lived somewhere else temporarily.

Only by requesting a GDPR deletion request through our Cat Experts will permanently remove data from our systems. See how to do that here.
