As per the UK GDPR rules, all customers have a right to permanently delete their KatKin account and all associated personal data.
To delete your personal data from KatKin’s systems:
Contact KatKin Support: Submit a GDPR deletion request by emailing us at [email protected].
Provide Necessary Information: When submitting the request, specify the email address associated with your account. If you used multiple email addresses for KatKin, include all emails you wish to have deleted.
Confirm Your Request: Follow any confirmation steps advised by KatKin Support to finalise your request. Once your request is submitted, the deletion process will begin, and it typically completes within 30 days. If you have concerns about the deletion timeline, please follow up directly with our Cat Experts.
By requesting a GDPR deletion, your data will be removed from our system and this cannot be recovered. An email address that has gone through our GDPR deletion process will not be able to sign up to KatKin again. If you have other accounts with KatKin linked to different email addresses, they will remain unaffected by the deletion of one account. Deleting an account associated with one email address does not impact accounts linked to other email addresses.
