Changing your delivery address

You can change your delivery details at any time by logging in to your account.

  1. Login to your KatKin account at Katkin.com/login

  2. Click ‘Manage plans’

  3. Click ‘My Details’ in the top bar

  4. Scroll down to ‘Shipping address’

  5. Once changes have been made, click ‘Save all’

This will become your permanent delivery address for future deliveries.

If you need to temporarily have a box sent to a different address, remember to log back into your account and change your address again.

Top tip! If we’ve already processed a payment for an order, the delivery address won’t be changed automatically. Pop us an email or give our Cat Experts a call and we’ll do our best to make changes if the order hasn’t yet been submitted to the kitchen.

Can I change the address my trial box is going to?

If you’ve just ordered a trial box, it won't be possible to change the delivery address in your account. Please get in touch with our Cat Experts and we’ll do our best to help.

I have multiple cats on my account, can I set them to have different delivery addresses?

Unfortunately not, the delivery address on your account is linked to all active plans: fresh food and litter. It's not possible to change the delivery address for one cat, but not for another.

Instead, a workaround would be to set up 2 different accounts (with 2 different email addresses) and set a delivery address for each cat. If you need help doing this, reach out to our Cat Experts.
