How to log in and out of your online account

Once you’ve purchased KatKin, we’ll have an account linked to your email address. You can log in from our website or head to katkin.com/login and enter your email address you used to sign up.

How to log in

On mobile:

  1. Head to Katkin.com

  2. Click the 3 lines in the top left corner.

  3. Click login

  4. Enter your email address

  5. Enter the code sent to your email address within 15 minutes

On a computer:

  1. Head to Katkin.com

  2. Click LOGIN in the top right corner

  3. Enter your email address

  4. Enter the code sent to your email address within 15 minutes

We’ll send you a 6-digit passcode to log in to your account. If the login codes aren’t arriving to your email address, try using the password reset option available just below, on the login page to create a new password instead.

Having trouble logging in?

There’s a few reasons you might not be able to log in to your account:

  1. You're trying to log in with a different email address than the one linked to your KatKin account.

  2. Double check the email address we send order reminders to and use this to log in.

  3. Search 'KatKin Club' in your inbox to find important emails we've sent to you.

  4. Our login passcode email might have gone into your spam folder by mistake. Add [email protected] as a contact so you’ll always see important emails from us. You can also add KatKin’s email domain to your safelist to prevent filtering.

  5. The passcode email has expired. The code will be valid for 15 minutes, so request a new one if you missed the first email. Alternatively, use the password reset option to create a new password if login codes fail to arrive.

  6. Your inbox might be full, preventing you from receiving new messages. Clear some space to ensure no emails bounce.

  7. The email address in our system is incorrect or has a spelling error. Get in touch with our cat experts (include your postal address and cat name in your email) and we’ll be able to get it corrected for you.

  8. Your first order might not have gone through. If you haven’t received a trial order confirmation email from us and if a payment hasn’t been taken successfully in your banking app, your account won’t have been created.7. Email messages from KatKin may be blocked if you've previously unsubscribed or marked them as spam. Contact your email provider or re-subscribe to KatKin emails to lift suppression blocks.
