Once you’ve purchased KatKin, we’ll have an account linked to your email address. You can log in from our website or head to katkin.com/login and enter your email address you used to sign up.

Click the 3 lines in the top left corner.
Click login
Enter your email address
Enter the code sent to your email address within 15 minutes
On a computer:
Head to Katkin.com
Click LOGIN in the top right corner
Enter your email address
Enter the code sent to your email address within 15 minutes
We’ll send you a 6 digit passcode so there’s no need to set up a password.
Having trouble logging in?
There’s a few reasons you might not be able to log in to your account:
You're trying to log in with a different email address than the one linked to your KatKin account.
Double check the email address we send order reminders to and use this to log in.
Search 'KatKin Club' in your inbox to find important emails we've sent to you.
Our login passcode email might have gone into your spam folder by mistake. Add [email protected] as a contact so you’ll always see important emails from us.
The passcode email has expired. The code will be valid for 15 minutes, so request a new one if you missed the first email.
The email address in our system is incorrect or has a spelling error. Get in touch with our cat experts (include your postal address and cat name in your email) and we’ll be able to get it corrected for you.
Your first order might not have gone through. If you haven’t received a trial order confirmation email from us and if a payment hasn’t been taken successfully in your banking app, your account won’t have been created.
