Having trouble logging in?
There’s a few reasons you might not be able to log in to your account:
You haven't signed up to KatKin yet - only once you've ordered a trial box will an account be created for you.
Different email address used. Double check the email address we send order reminders to and use this to log in.
Our system doesn't recognise gmail and Googlemail email addresses as being identical, so try both versions if you use both domains interchangeably.
Our login passcode email might have gone into your spam folder by mistake. Add [email protected] as a contact so you’ll always see important emails from us.
The passcode email has expired. The code will be valid for 15 minutes, so request a new one if you missed the first email.
The email address in our system is incorrect or has a spelling error. Get in touch with our Cat Experts (include your postal address and cat name in your email) and we’ll be able to get it corrected for you.
Your order hasn’t gone through. If you haven’t received an order confirmation email from us and if a payment hasn’t been taken successfully in your banking app, your account won’t have been created.
You've asked us to delete your account and we've submitted your GDPR deletion request. This means you'll no longer have an account with us.
