Our Cat Experts work 7 days a week, including some bank holidays. You can reach us by email, messenger, DM’ing us on Instagram or Facebook or by giving us a call.

You can email us at [email protected] 24/7 and we’ll aim to get back to you within 24 hours. If you can, please email us from the email address linked to your KatKin account or include your full name and postal address in the email. This helps us pull up your account easily and help you as quickly as possible.

We’re also available to DM on Instagram and Facebook. We don’t recommend this method for urgent or important enquiries. This is the best place to send us photos of your cat too. 🐈‍⬛

Give us a call on 020 4538 4144. Our phone lines are open 7 days a week, from 10am - 5pm. If you give us a call outside of these hours, you won’t be able to leave a message or request a callback so please give us another call when it best suits you.

☎️ Missed call from us?

If you've recently just purchased a trial box of KatKin, one of our Cat Experts might call you to check how your cat's getting on! Our team make phone calls from 07723 014 808 and 020 4538 4144 so don't worry if you've had a missed call from either of these numbers - it's just us checking in. Feel free to call us back if you need any help or reply to our emails.

📨 Not receive an response to an email you've sent us?

If you've emailed us at [email protected] you should get an automatic response within minutes, letting you know we've received your email and our Cat Experts are working quickly to get back to you. If you haven't received a response or this email confirmation, you might have accidentally emailed someone else.

2) Check if you've accidentally replied to an email from one of our delivery partners DPD or Yodel. These inboxes aren't monitored and aren't available for us to see at KatKin unfortunately.
