Whether you have an active Scoop Planet subscription, or you've previously tried our litter but didn't continue, you'll have an existing KatKin account. This means you'll need to log back in first if you want to order a trial box of our fresh cat food.
If you have an active Scoop litter plan:
Log in to your KatKin Account: Navigate to the account portal through the KatKin website at Katkin.com/login.
Access your active plans: - Go to the "Manage Plan" section
Click 'Get 14 days of fresh food' to unlock a unique £10 trial box (offer is valid for one cat only)
Choose from your list of cats you've previously told us about, or select 'add a new cat'
Follow the instructions to let us know all of your cats details so we can send you perfectly portioned recipes.
Choose from up to 7 recipes (you'll need to select 14 in total to continue)
Confirm the price and delivery date of your trial box
Review your delivery address + card details and click 'complete order'
If you have a cancelled Scoop litter plan:
Log in to your KatKin Account: Navigate to the account portal through the KatKin website at Katkin.com/login.
Check your card details + delivery address are up to date first by checking 'My details'
Once you've confirmed that your details are up to date, on your home page, click 'Try a £10 trial box' (offer is valid for one cat only)
Choose from your list of cats you've previously told us about, or select 'add a new cat'
Follow the instructions to let us know all of your cats details so we can send you perfectly portioned recipes.
