If you’re lucky enough to be feeding more than one cat, you can include up to 4 when signing up for your KatKin trial boxes. This helps us tailor portions and recipes correctly for each cat from the very start.

Adding more than one cat during sign up
When you first land on the KatKin sign-up page, you’ll be asked to choose how many cat's you'd like to sign up. If you have more than 2 cats and you'd like to check which recipes they prefer first, we suggest only signing up 1-2 cats for trial boxes to begin with.
If you're keen to serve all of your cats their personalised portions exactly and you have the freezer space, you can sign up each cat for their own trial box.
Start the sign-up process on the KatKin website.
Begin by choosing the number of cats that you'd like to receive a trial box for (each trial box will contain 2 weeks worth of food per cat)
Enter each of their names
Continue though our sign up process to add their details (e.g., age, weight, preferences).
Repeat this process for all your cats to ensure their individual dietary needs, preferences, and portion recommendations are included.
As you add cats, you’ll see them listed on the page so you can check everything looks right before moving on.
👉 You can sign up to 4 cats for a trial box initially (and add even more cats to your cat afterwards too.)
If you're part way through signing up for a trial box and you'd like to add another cat, simple click 'back' in the top left of the page. Go back until you reach the very first page (don't worry, all your answers will be saved) and add another cat.
Why we limit trial boxes to 4 cats
Each trial box contains 14 trays (28 portions), which takes up roughly the same freezer space as one loaf of bread. That's why we recommend starting with a maximum of 4 cats on a trial so that:
You can easily store and manage your first delivery
Each cat gets the right portions without overwhelming your freezer
You can see how your cats take to fresh food before committing to larger orders
If you have more than 4 cats at home, don’t worry - you’ll be able to add extra cats to your account later.
Adding more cats after your trial
Once your account is set up and your trial is complete, you can add additional cats at any time from your account area.
This means you can:
Start small with your trial
See how your cats enjoy KatKin
Gradually include more cats when you’re ready
I don't see my cat's current food on the drop down list
During the trial box ordering process, we'll ask what kind of food your cat is currently eating. This won't impact the food we send to you (our food is 100% human-quality meat, freshly cooked.)
If you can't see the brand of food your cat eats from the drop down list, just scroll down to the bottom and select 'Other' to continue onto their medical information.
What happens next?
After adding all your cats on the first page, just continue through the sign-up process as normal. We’ll use the information you provide to calculate the right portions and recipes for each cat included in your trial box.
