Lucky enough to own more than 4 cats? You might have noticed that our sign up page will only let you order a trial box for a maximum of 4 cats.
We'd love for all of your cats to be able to try KatKin, but we want to make sure we offer you and your cats a bit of extra support during your trial period. You can get in touch with our Cat Experts who will discuss the best option for you or you can continue to read our advice to continue ordering your trial boxes.
Required freezer Space
As KatKin needs to be stored in the freezer and our portions are tailored to individual cats, we’ll want to give you a bit of extra support during your trial period.
As most of us aren’t lucky enough to have a freezer dedicated to just cat food, we recommend ordering just 1-2 trial boxes first. This means you can check which recipes your cats prefer, without taking up too much space in your freezer.

Just click 1 or 2 cats when you sign up to your trial
Choose 1 or 2 of your cats details to sign up with, so you can see what their personalised portions look like.
Choose their recipes.* Select from 7 recipes in total and choose a variety so all of your cats can try each recipe.
Complete the sign up process and choose a delivery date for your trial boxes to arrive.
*Note: If one of more of your cats is a kitten, our lamb recipe Baaa won't be suitable for them. Sign up with your kitten's details to make sure Baaa is excluded from their options, or make sure not to feed Baaa to kittens if you'd like your adult cats to try it.

If you won’t have freezer space for each cat to have their own monthly box, get in touch with our Cat Experts and we can help you set up a custom plan.
