You can change your delivery date in your account as often as you'd like, but there may be limitations when bringing a delivery date forward. At KatKin, we require a minimum of two days to prepare each box and hand it to our delivery partners. We don't deliver on Sundays or Mondays just yet, as our packing team rest on weekends.
How to change your next delivery date
If we haven’t taken a payment yet (your delivery isn’t in 2 days time) there’s still time to make changes before our cut off deadline. Changes to your delivery date must be made by 11:59pm at least 3 days before the current scheduled delivery date.
For example if your delivery is on a Thursday, you've got until 11:59pm on Monday to make changes and you'll be charged on Tuesday morning.
Log in to your account at Katkin.com/login
Click ‘manage plans’
On your ‘my plans’ section, click ‘manage plan’ for the scoop or cat whose delivery date you’d like to amend
Click ‘edit next delivery date’
Choose from 4 options:
‘Ship it ASAP’ for our soonest available delivery day. If no slots are open under the 'Ship it ASAP' option, it won’t be possible to move the delivery date forward.

You can delay an order for up to 3 months at a time.
Click ‘confirm’ to save the change.
Repeat these steps for each plan you’d like to change.
If you've brought your delivery forward by clicking 'Ship it ASAP' and it's before 5:30pm, we'll automatically take a payment from the card on file within 30 minutes.
You should receive a confirmation email once your delivery date has been saved. If you don’t receive this within a few hours, check back on your account. Our Cat Experts can help with any manual adjustments to your delivery date.
Tip! If you have 2 cats on the same portion size, delay one cat’s box by 2 weeks to stagger their deliveries and help save precious freezer space. You'll still only be charged one £2.99 delivery fee per month, even if the deliveries are on different days.
