After your trial box, you can choose a delivery frequency which suits you, or you’ll be automatically rolled onto our standard 28-day plan. This means we’ll arrange a delivery every 28 days.
Charge dates
We’ll always take a payment 2 days before your delivery is due. If you need a payment to go out on a certain date, just adjust your delivery date in your account so it’s 2 days after your preferred payment date. You can alter delivery dates as often as you need to.
We’ll always send an upcoming order reminder email and text 4 days before a delivery, so you have time to adjust the date.
Delivery dates
We deliver from Tuesdays to Saturdays every week. There’s no charge to change your delivery dates and there’s no extra cost to have a delivery on a Saturday.
Our Cat Bot can move your delivery by 1 or 2 weeks via SMS when we send you an order reminder text. But, if you want to adjust your delivery date more specifically, you can pick from a calendar in your account at any time.
If you work during the week and you’re worried about a delivery being left outside, change your delivery date to a Saturday and we’ll keep it to that schedule for you.
Can I choose a set payment date each month?
No, we can't set your payment date to come out automatically on a specific day each month. For example if you want to be charged on the 28th of each month, this can't be permanently set in your account.
This is because our boxes contain set amounts of trays and are designed to last 14, 28, or 42 days. Payment dates therefore change each month, to keep your delivery 28 days apart (14 days if you're on the Freezer Plan or 42 days for the Saver Plan.)
However, if you'd like to move your payment date so it falls on a day that suits you, you can manually adjust your delivery date in your account each month. Just move your delivery date to be 2 days after your preferred payment date. So if you'd like us to take a payment on the 28th, just move your delivery to the 30th.
To set a delivery cadence that works for you, for example at the start of the month, we recommend moving your delivery to the first week of the month. This means we'll almost always take a payment at the start of the month, after payday.
It's also a great idea to bring a delivery forward to give you a buffer stock of KatKin food. Having a few spare trays in the freezer for emergencies between deliveries is highly recommended.

Click ‘edit next delivery date’
Select ‘Ship it ASAP’ or ‘pick from calendar’
Select a delivery date for 2 days time and within an hour, a payment will be processed.
