Changing your delivery frequency

You can move your delivery date at any time in your account, but if you find yourself with limited (or ample) freezer space, permanently switching to a different plan might be a better option.

You can choose from 3 different delivery frequencies:

  1. Every 4 weeks (our standard monthly plan with prices starting at £2.10 per day)

  2. Every 6 weeks (our Saver Plan with prices starting at £1.99 per day)

  3. Every 2 weeks (our Freezer Plan with prices starting from £2.30 per day)

Standard Plan

Our Standard monthly plan is a box of 28 trays food, delivered every 4 weeks (or 28 days.)

You're automatically rolled onto this monthly plan after you've received your trial box. The delivery date can be altered at any time in your account.

Saver Plan

Our Saver plan is a box of 42 trays of food, delivered every 6 weeks (42 days). It requires extra freezer space, as you’ll need room for 6 weeks of food instead of our standard 28 trays.

It does however come with a bulk buying discount, reducing the daily price to as low as £1.99 per day depending on the portion size your cat needs.

You can still adjust the delivery date as often as you’d like, bringing it forward or delaying it further if you need more time.

How do I switch to the Saver plan?

  1. Log in to your account at Katkin.com/login

  2. Click ‘manage plans’

  3. On your ‘my plans’ section, click ‘manage plan’ for the cat whose delivery frequency you’d like to amend

  4. Click ‘edit delivery frequency’

  5. Select our best value ‘Saver plan’

  6. Click ‘confirm’ to save the change.

  7. Repeat these steps for each cat’s plan you’d like to change.

You should receive a confirmation email once your plan has been saved. If you don’t receive this within a few hours, check back on your account. Your cat’s plan should now say ‘42 trays of food’ on your home page.

Freezer Plan

Our Freezer plan is a box of 14 trays of food, delivered every 2 weeks (14 days). If the trial box fit snugly in your freezer, this will be the best plan for you.

The Freezer plan is delivered more frequently, and uses more packaging than our other plans. This means the daily price is slightly higher than our Standard plan, with prices starting at £2.30 per day.

You can still adjust the delivery date as often as you’d like, bringing it forward or delaying it further if you need more time.

How do I switch to the Freezer plan?

  1. Log in to your account at Katkin.com/login

  2. Click ‘manage plans’

  3. On your ‘my plans’ section, click ‘manage plan’ for the cat whose delivery frequency you’d like to amend

  4. Click ‘edit delivery frequency’

  5. Select our ‘Freezer plan’

  6. Click ‘confirm’ to save the change.

  7. Repeat these steps for each cat’s plan you’d like to change.

You should receive a confirmation email once your plan has been saved. If you don’t receive this within a few hours, check back on your account. Your cat’s plan should now say ‘14 trays of food’ on your home page.
