Viewing the cost of your upcoming order
To see the price of your cat’s next box or your next order of Scoop litter, you can view this in your account at any time.
Head to your account at KatKin.com/login and log in
Click ‘Manage Plans’
On your ‘My Plans’ page, scroll down to your cat's plan or your Scoop Planet subscription
Underneath 'Manage Plan' you'll see a 'price' section with a drop down arrow
Just click ‘Price’ under manage plan and the drop down will appear. You’ll see a full breakdown of your cat’s box, including any extras like chicken Nibbles or Sprinkles + plus a delivery fee.
If you have any discount codes that apply to this order, you’ll see them listed here too.
🐈⬛ If you have multiple cats, just click the 'Price' drop down on each of their plan's to see the breakdown of their individual boxes.
In addition, you'll receive an email confirmation containing cost-per-day details four days before your scheduled delivery, which will include any % saved from discount codes.
To change the cost of your box, you’ll need to change your cat's portion size, change the extras in their box or change your delivery frequency by clicking ‘manage plan.’
Please note that any changes to your order must be made before 11:59pm, three days before delivery. Any changes made after this cut-off deadline will only be reflected in your following delivery.
Payment Scheduling
Payments for fresh food deliveries are processed every Sunday preceding your scheduled delivery, while payments for Scoop Health Litter deliveries are processed two days before their delivery date.
How to see the cost of previous orders
On mobile:
Head to your account at KatKin.com/login and log in
Click ‘Manage Plans’
Click 'Past orders' in the top heading
'View receipt' to see the total price of your previous order.
On a computer:
Head to your account at KatKin.com/login and log in
Click 'Hi, your name' in the top right corner
Select 'orders'
Click 'View receipt' to see the total price of each of your previous orders.
