Delivery locations*
At KatKin, we currently only deliver to England (excluding Isle of Man), Wales and some parts of Scotland.
There are certain postcodes in mainland Scotland, including the highlands, and the Scottish Islands that we don’t deliver to. When you sign up for a trial box on our website, we’ll ask you for your postcode and let you know if it’s not in our delivery radius.
Unfortunately we don’t currently deliver to Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland.
If you're not currently covered by our delivery radius and you'd prefer to unsubscribe from our marketing emails, please let us know and we'd be happy to do that for you. Or click the messenger icon in the bottom right of the screen and ask Kiki to unsubscribe you.
🇺🇸 If you're based in the US and looking for a fresh cat food, we highly recommend Smalls. They only use human-quality meat, cooked fresh and delivered frozen all over the United States. Check out their website here.
Delivery dates
We deliver 5 days a week, from Tuesday - Saturday. We don’t deliver on Sundays or Mondays, as our packing team has weekends off. Most deliveries happen between 7am and 8pm.
We can’t request an AM or PM delivery slot with our couriers unfortunately. But, our eco-friendly insulated boxes are designed to keep our fresh food at temperature for up to 48 hours from packing – no matter the weather. As long as they’re cold to the touch, your trays can be put back in the freezer when you get home, even if they’re not frozen solid.
Delivery fee
For your trial box, delivery is on us! Then a delivery fee of £2.99 is applied to your next orders automatically.
The delivery fee will only be applied to one plan. So you won’t be charged delivery on additional plans you take out. This includes both feeding fresh to multiple cats, and Scoop litter plans.
Deadline for deliveries

*Note: unfortunately, we’re not yet able to safely deliver our frozen food to certain parts of the UK and Ireland. We’ve previously trialled delivering to these areas, but our couriers couldn’t guarantee that our more remote customers would receive their deliveries within our 48 hour time frame. This meant that often boxes were arriving defrosted or held at depots due to delays. We hope to find a solution for these postcodes in the future.
