Resuming your deliveries

How to restart or reactivate a cancelled subscription

We're so glad to have you back!

There’s a few ways to start receiving KatKin deliveries again.

❗If you cancelled your subscription during your trial period, when you reactivate, your next box will contain double the amount of food. That's because after the trial, all customers are automatically rolled onto our Standard Plan 28 day box. If you'd prefer not to receive 28 trays, switch to our Freezer Plan (14 trays) or our Saver Plan (42 trays) after your cat's plan has been reactivated.

If your details are up to date and don't need updating:

  1. Head to your account at KatKin.com/login

  2. Login with the unique code sent to your email

  3. Click ‘Reactivate Fresh’

  4. Click ‘Resume deliveries’ for the cat who you want to reactivate and choose a delivery date that works best

  5. Make changes to your recipes, treats or plan once the subscription has been reactivated.

💡If you choose our soonest delivery date (within 2 days time) we'll automatically take a payment from your bank within 30 minutes, so make sure to make any changes to your cat's box straight after reactivating.

You'll be able to adjust your cat's recipes and treats once their plan is active.

If your details are outdated:

If you’d like to adjust your details before you reactivate your account (like checking your delivery address, or updating your card details) follow these steps instead:

Mobile users

  1. Head to your account at KatKin.com/login

  2. Login with the unique code sent to your email

  3. Click the 3 lines in the top left corner

  4. Navigate to My details

  5. Adjust your shipping or billing address and change your card details

Laptop users

  1. Head to your account at KatKin.com/login

  2. Login with the unique code sent to your email

  3. Click 'Hi Name' in the top right corner

  4. Navigate to My details

  5. Adjust your shipping or billing address and change your card details

  6. Then go back to your homepage or 'manage my plan' to restart your deliveries

Once reactivated, we’ll send a confirmation email to your inbox to confirm your chosen delivery date. We’ll take a payment for that order 2 days prior to delivery.
