How to add a new cat to your KatKin account

Whether you’ve added a new cat to your family (jealous) or you want to start a new plan for a cat you already own, there’s a few ways to do this in your account.

  1. Login to your KatKin account at Katkin.com/login

  2. Click ‘Manage plans’

  3. In ‘My plans’ section of your account, scroll past your active plans until you see ‘add a cat to your family’

  4. Fill in their details so we can suggest the correct portion size

  5. Pick their recipes (they’ll automatically be put on the standard montly plan which can can be changed later in your account)

  6. Confirm the price at checkout (delivery fee is on us!)

  7. Their delivery date will be automatically set to match your existing next delivery date. You can edit their plan in your account after this.

You can also add a cat in the ‘my cats’ section of your account, just follow the same steps above.

We’ll charge you 2 days before your chosen delivery date, so if you’ve chosen a delivery date in 2 days time, we’ll automatically take a payment within an hour.
