Changing your card details

If you need to update your card details, follow these steps.

  1. Login to your KatKin account

  2. Click ‘Manage plans’

  3. Click ‘My Details’ in the top bar

  4. Head to ‘Card on file’ at the bottom of your personal information

  5. Click Edit

  6. Add your new card details (you’ll be prompted to authorise a new £0.00 payment in your banking app to set up the subscription)

  7. If you need an order urgently with that new card, get in touch with our Cat Experts to process a payment.

What payment options do you accept

We accept payment via all major UK debit and credit cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express as well as Apple and Google Pay.

We don't accept PayPal at this time, and we aren't able to process payment via standing order.
