If you’d like to chat to our cat experts, we’ll welcome you with open arms. We can make any changes to your account, so you don’t have to. Find the best way to contact us here.
Or, you can let us know that your cat has sadly passed away in your account, if you’d rather not chat to anyone yet. We completely understand how upsetting it can be to talk about.
Just follow the steps below:
Log in to your account at Katkin.com/login
Click ‘manage plans’
On your ‘my plans’ section, click ‘manage plan’ for the cat you no longer need to receive deliveries for
Scroll down to ‘thinking of cancelling?’
Click ‘cancel my deliveries’
Choose ‘Sadly my cat has passed away’
Click cancel my subscription.
You’ll no longer see your cat’s name in your list of plans.
If you have an inactive subscription but your cat has since passed away
You’re not able to directly remove a cat’s name from your account unfortunately, but our Cat Experts can help do this for you. Reach out to us to request the removal of their name from your account, so you'll no longer see them in your list of cats.
We’ll make sure everything is updated for you in your account and ensure we won’t send further emails to you with this cat’s name either. ❤️
