Navigate to the recipes in your cat’s box, remove any that have an allergen flag or add newly available recipes if you’ve removed an allergen.
Allergies we need to be aware of
You'll be able to add or remove the following allergens to your cat's profile:
Chicken
Duck
Turkey
Beef
Lamb
Pork
Salmon
Tuna
Whitefish
What if my cat’s allergy isn’t listed on the dropdown list?
Because our recipes are 100% human-quality meat, we only have a limited number of allergens that are included in our food (or future recipes). If your cat has a allergy to something not listed, feel free to reach out to our Cat Experts for support.
Medical conditions
For a full list of the medical conditions available to select in your account, please click here.
If your vet has diagnosed your cat with a medical condition, you should let us know straight away, as KatKin may no longer be suitable for your cat. Our Cat Experts can put you in touch with our In-House Vet Team who will be able to lend support and advise you on the best diet for your cat going forward.
