Can I buy a few sample trays?
We don’t offer samples, and there’s a really good reason for that. Cats need time to adjust to new food, and one or a few samples of a new food won't set them up for success.
Why we don't do samples:
Cats are cautious eaters by nature. When you introduce a new food, they need up to two weeks to get familiar with the smell, texture, and taste before fully accepting it.
A small sample that lasts one meal or a few days doesn’t give them the chance to adapt. It can keep them stuck in a cycle of rejecting new foods.
