Not exactly. We don’t currently offer one-off mini orders through your online account outside of your normal subscription plan.
If you only need a smaller amount of food before a trip, there are two options:
Option 1 (for food): Ask our Cat Experts about the Freezer Plan
Our Cat Experts can temporarily switch your subscription to our Freezer Plan, which delivers:
14 trays every 2 weeks
Smaller, more frequent deliveries
Ideal if you only need a short-term top-up before going away
You can also move your delivery date forward so the order arrives before your trip.
Once the delivery has arrived, you’d then need to switch your subscription back to your usual plan in your online account.

Alternatively, you can buy a one off box of KatKin fresh food from Amazon for next day delivery.
Option 2 (for food): Buy smaller amounts in-store
If you just need a few days’ worth of food, the easiest option is usually to buy KatKin from our retail partners:
Jollyes (over 80 stores around the UK)
Pets at Home (small selection of stores in the south of England)
They stock:
Single trays
6-portion boxes
7-day variety boxes
Smaller top-up options perfect between deliveries
This is often the best solution if:
You’re going on holiday
A catsitter only needs a few days of food
You don’t want to change your subscription
You have limited freezer space
KatKin trays are safe to store in the fridge for up to 10 days unopened too.
One-off litter purchases
If you need a single bag of Scoop Planet to tide you over, it's possible to place a small one-off litter order through your KatKin account, but you'll need to make changes to your regular subscription and remember to change it back. }
Simply adjust the amount of bags you need and bring your litter delivery forward to ASAP. We need 2 working days notice to deliver the litter. After this delivery, your litter order will continue at the same frequency as before, just remember to adjust the quantity of bags back to how it was before.
For a quick top-up, another easy option is to buy a single bag from Amazon or Jollyes (in-store in 90+ stores or online, including click & collect). This is ideal for exactly this kind of situation when you just need an extra bag between deliveries.
