Until August 2024, we absorbed weekday delivery costs to keep pricing as low as possible. However, delivery costs have increased significantly in recent years - it now costs more than £5.00 to send every box.

To continue providing reliable, chilled deliveries without compromising quality, we now applies a small delivery fee.

Each delivery plan now includes a £2.99 delivery fee on your first plan only.
This helps us cover a portion of rising courier costs while keeping our prices transparent and fair.

If you have multiple KatKin subscriptions, such as food and Scoop litter, you’ll only pay the delivery fee once - on your first delivery plan.

All additional plans receive free delivery, so you don’t pay more for ordering across multiple subscriptions.

You’ll only pay the £2.99 delivery fee for your Scoop litter if it’s your only KatKin delivery.

If you also receive any fresh food deliveries, your Scoop litter is delivered for free.

You can also reduce your delivery cost over time by ordering more bags less often. For example:

Ordering larger quantities less often is the most cost-effective option.

From 2024, we introduced a multi-cat discount.

If you have more than one cat, you’ll receive 5% off all fresh food, Sprinkles, and Nibbles for all cats on your account.

For example:
If you have two cats, you’ll save a total of £5.95 per month.
This discount helps make feeding your feline family more affordable.
