Why do you ask so many questions?

The reason behind all of the questions we ask when signing up to KatKin

If you're looking to sign up for a trial box or order KatKin for the first time, but you don't have time to answer 20 questions about your cat - we hear you. We do ask quite a lot of questions during the sign up process but it's for a good reason. We need important information about your cat, to make sure we’re sending them the right amount of food - we wouldn’t want to over or under-feed them after all.

If you’d prefer for us to do the hard work, our Cat Experts can help get you signed up for a trial box over the phone instead. And you’ll be able to ask any questions about KatKin and the switch to fresh along the way.

Do I need to add in my details again if I don't complete the sign up?

Yes, our system doesn't save any of your details for your safety and security. If you change your mind and do want to order a trial box for your cat, you'll need to fill in the details to sign up again.
