Tip! If you have an old account with us, you can simply reactivate it. Before you reactivate the plan, check that your details are still correct by following the steps in this article.
If you haven’t received KatKin for a few years or if you’ve welcomed a new cat to your family and you’d like to receive another trial box, there’s 2 options.
If you or someone you live with has another email address, make a new account for your new cat and you’ll go through the trial experience again.
If you’d prefer to use the same email address, contact our Cat Experts and we’ll be able to reactivate an inactive cat or add your new cat onto a trial box. We’ll need any new cat’s details, to ensure we’re sending them the correct portion size.
