As well as ordering a personalised meal plan on the KatKin website, you can now buy a small range of KatKin Fresh food bundles on Amazon. This article explains what's available, how it differs from a KatKin meal plan, and where to go if you need help with an Amazon order.
What can I buy on Amazon?
KatKin Fresh is sold in fixed bundles of 24 individual 80g trays, made up of two multipacks of 12 trays each. In total, you'll receive 24 individual trays of food. The current range is:

How are Amazon trays different from my KatKin meal plan?
The two options aren't a like-for-like comparison, so we'd recommend not comparing the price of a single Amazon tray with a single website tray.

A KatKin meal plan gives you a feeding plan tailored to your cat, which is especially helpful if they need more or less food than the average-sized cat.
Do I need a KatKin subscription to order on Amazon?
Nope, Amazon orders can be placed on an ad hoc basis, so you don't need to start a KatKin subscription.
Does one Amazon tray provide a full day of food?
No, each Amazon tray contains 80g of food, and how much a cat needs each day depends on their individual calorie requirements. Some cats may need more than two trays per day.
Can I choose the recipes in my Amazon box?
No, but you can choose from our 3 different variety boxes that come as fixed bundles for now. If you'd like to choose a different selection of recipes, it's best to do this through the KatKin website where you can mix and match.
How is my Amazon order delivered?
Amazon Fresh orders are delivered by DPD. Your delivery box contains the food and two ice packs. Next-day delivery is offered on eligible orders and eligible delivery days, and Amazon will show the delivery availability and timing when you place your order.
Our Amazon orders are cooked and fulfilled in our Suffolk Kitchen, so you're getting the exact same food as our fresh food subscription, just in slightly different packaging.
Can I use my KatKin discount or promo code on Amazon?
No. KatKin website discounts and promotional codes can't be used on Amazon purchases. Amazon prices and promotions are managed separately.
How do I change, cancel or get a refund for an Amazon order?
Our Cat Experts manage all Amazon queries, so whether you contact us via Amazon or directly at [email protected], that's okay. Just be sure to include your Amazon order number when chatting to us so we can find your order in our system.
