We don’t deliver on Mondays, so often bank holidays won’t impact your KatKin delivery.
If a bank holiday falls on one of our delivery days, don’t worry. We’ll automatically adjust your delivery date (such as around Christmas or Easter) and send you an email in advance. You’ll be able to adjust your own delivery date further, if the date we’ve chosen doesn’t work for you and your cat.
For instance, deliveries scheduled on Christmas Day are typically moved to earlier dates such as the 22nd, 23rd, or 24th of December.
