What’s the cut off deadline?
You’ll have until midnight, 3 days before a delivery is due to make changes or cancel a delivery in your account. So, if your delivery is set for a Tuesday, you have until midnight on Saturday to cancel, delay or change your order before we take a payment early Sunday morning.
After we have taken a payment, there’s a small window for our Cat Experts to try and make changes to an order before an order is processed at 4pm. We’re sadly not able to cancel or make changes to a box after the cut-off has passed as the packing details are sent to our team.
What happens if my delivery is on a bank holiday?
We’ll automatically move deliveries that fall on a bank holiday and email you to let you know about any changes we’re making, so you’ll have plenty of warning.
Can I return food?
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns of our food once it’s left the kitchen. Returned food would be unsafe to re-use, so we’d have to dispose of it. This is to ensure everything stays safe and in line with health guidelines.
However, we do accept returns for our Scoop Planet cat litter, within 14 days of delivery, provided the bag is still in a new, unused condition.
To return your Scoop Planet litter, please follow these steps:
Accept the delivery and ensure the package remains unopened.
Contact our Cat Experts to let them know you're returning the litter and request a return form, or include return details with the item.
Post the package at your own cost within 14 days of receiving it.
Retain a photo of the unopened package as proof of the condition.
Upon inspection and approval by our delivery team, a refund will be processed.
