At the moment, as a relatively small business ourselves, we’re not able to support ad hoc trade accounts for smaller independent shops. Our current operations are designed to supply larger retail partners (such as Pets at Home and Jollyes) where they already have the infrastructure in place to manage logistics, replenishment and in-store operations at scale.

However, independent retailers are important to us, and as we continue to grow, we are actively reviewing how we can work with smaller partners in the future.
