Receipts and invoices

To view invoices or a cost breakdown of a previous order on a laptop

👉 Follow these steps:

  1. Login to your KatKin account.

  2. Click your profile name in the top right corner of your screen.

  3. Select "Orders."

  4. Find the order for which you need the receipt and click "View Receipt."

    • This will display the cost breakdown.

  5. Download the receipt as a PDF file for safe keeping.

This receipt won't show a breakdown of your the contents of your order, including your recipes or treats. To see previous the contents of your previous boxes, search for your order reminder email in your inbox (search for the subject line 'next fresh food delivery' in your inbox) or reach out to our Cat Experts, who can provide a PDF for you.

To view the cost of a previous order on mobile

👉 Follow these steps:

  1. Login to your KatKin account via the mobile app or web browser.

  2. Tap the menu icon (three lines) located in the top-left corner.

  3. Select "Orders."

  4. Locate the specific order and tap "View Receipt."

    • A cost breakdown will be displayed, including any discounts that were included in you order.

  5. Download the receipt as a PDF file if needed.

Viewing Costs for Upcoming Orders

  • To check the cost breakdown of upcoming orders, go to your account and select the "Manage Plan" option. Under your cat’s plan, the price details will be displayed.

To view the contents of your trial box or upcoming order

There's a few ways to check the contents of your orders.

For trial box orders:

  1. Check the trial box order confirmation email that's sent to you once a payment has been taken. Search for 'Fresh, health cat food' in your inbox.

  2. Scroll down the email and you'll see a list of the chosen recipes in your cat's trial box, as well as any treats you've added. (Every trial box contains a free jar of chicken Sprinkles unless you've let us know your cat is allergic to chicken.)

For recurring orders:

  1. Check the Upcoming Order Reminder email that's sent to your email 4 days before your scheduled delivery. You'll see a breakdown of the recipes and treats (and litter if it's scheduled for the same delivery date) that we plan to send to you.

    1. search for the subject line 'next fresh food delivery' in your inbox

  2. Head to your online account and select the "Manage Plans" option. Under your cat’s plan, click 'price'

    1. Here you can see the cost of your cat's fresh food, any extras added to their box, your delivery fee and finally any discount savings.

    2. The price per day shows the total price of your cat's fresh food, minus any discounts applied to their order and divided by the number of trays in the box.
