Changing your personal details

You can change your personal details at any time by logging in to your account.

Managing your KatKin account ensures you receive important updates about orders and deliveries without interruption. Below are detailed instructions on how to manage and update your personal details.

  1. Login to your KatKin account at Katkin.com/login

  2. Click ‘Manage plans’

  3. Click 'Hi Name' and select ‘My Details’ from the drop down menu

  4. Or click 'my details' at the top of the screen on your home page.

  5. Once changes have been made, click ‘Save all’ at the bottom of the screen

In your account you can update the personal information as the account holder. Making sure the email linked to your KatKin account is spelt correctly and successfully receives emails ensures that you'll receive important communications from us. KatKin and our delivery partners will send you delivery notifications that we don't want you to miss.

In your account you can change:

  1. First name

  2. Last name

  3. Email address

  4. Phone number

Just remember to click 'Save All' to make any changes permanent.

You won't be able to completely remove an email address or phone number, as both will need to be filled in order to save your details.

Top tip! Use a mobile number on your account, so we can send you important reminders about your deliveries via text.

Can I change my cat's name in my account?

Yep, if you've renamed your cat you can edit the name of your cat at any time in your account by going to the 'my cats' tab and clicking on their name. Just remember to save your changes.

If you're looking to add a new cat to your account, it's best to add a cat instead of changing another. That's because we'll send your new cat their own personalised trial box and set up a new plan for them. Otherwise, we'll continue to send Standard boxes for your cat, and the previous cat's information may be incorrect or not suitable.

Scroll down further and you can also change:

  1. Shipping address

  2. Billing address

  3. Your card on file (can be edited or removed as needed for greater flexibility by clicking 'edit' and viewing your stored cards within Link)

Keeping your payment details updated is essential for uninterrupted deliveries. This ensures your upcoming orders are billed and delivered seamlessly.

Note! You can only save your changes one section at a time, so if you change your billing address, make sure to save this before changing your delivery address. You'll need to save these separately to lock in any changes.

I'd like to stop receiving texts

During the first 2 weeks of your trial period, we'll send a number of texts to check in on you and your cat, so we can tailor your trial to give you both the best experience possible. It's not possible to stop the texts from being sent unfortunately, so please feel free to ignore them if you'd rather not engage.

After the trial, if you'd like to only receive important texts about your next delivery, but not any marketing messages, let us know and our Cat Experts can unsubscribe your phone number. We'll still text you important updates about your upcoming orders and deliveries.

If you'd like to stop receiving texts from us altogether, but your cat's plan is still active, you'll need to get in touch with our cat experts who'll help.
