Managing Sprinkles in Your KatKin Subscription
Sprinkles are a tasty and health add-on to enhance your cat's food, and KatKin makes it easy to manage them through your subscription account. This guide explains how to add, modify, or troubleshoot Sprinkles in your order.
Adding Sprinkles to Your Order
You can add up to 10 jars of Sprinkles to your next box using your KatKin account. Follow these steps:
Log in to Your KatKin Account - Access your account via the KatKin website.
Navigate to 'Manage Plan' - Open your current plan and select the "Manage Plan" option.
Select 'Manage Extras' - In the extras section, you’ll find an option to add Sprinkles.
Choose Your Quantity - Sprinkles are available for £2.50 per jar, and you can add up to 10 jars per order.
Click ‘Update’ - to save the changes.
Repeat for each cat's plan.
Pricing and Discounts
Each jar of Chicken Sprinkles costs £2.50.
If your order qualifies for a discount, the same discount may not always apply to the Sprinkles you add to that delivery. This is because some discount codes are for our fresh food only.
Deadline for managing Sprinkles for your next order
To ensure changes are applied to your next delivery:
Make any adjustments (add or change the number of Sprinkles) at least 3 days before your delivery date, by midnight (11:59pm).
If your upcoming delivery has already been processed, changes can no longer be made to that order but can be scheduled for the next eligible delivery.
Troubleshooting Issues
If you encounter issues, such as added Sprinkles not showing up in your account immediately:
Wait a few moments and refresh your browser.
If the issue persists, ensure you’ve followed the correct steps detailed above and reach out to our Cat Experts for support.
Additional Tips
Sprinkles can only be added alongside a food delivery, so ensure you’ve scheduled a delivery before attempting to add them.
If adding Sprinkles after the box cutoff deadline, your changes will apply to the following delivery.
